| SAP/Maintenance Consultant |
Marshall Institute is looking for contract maintenance and reliability consultants to join their International consulting team. The ideal candidate qualifications should include a background in maintenance management, reliability, project management, supervision, team leading, training and skills transfer along with a background in continuous process improvement. The successful candidate should have the ability to work independently, handle ambiguity well, coach and mentor and possess excellent communication skills.
Specific skills should include experience and background as a user of SAP PM R/3. Some understanding of other SAP modules interfacing with PM such as FI, CO, PS, MM and QM modules helpful. For SAP PM consulting assignments you will be particularly involved in maintenance processes and work preparation systems of our clients. Specific experience and background in maintenance planning and scheduling using SAP is required.
Your role will include delivering functional expertise and also cover the human aspects of implementing change management techniques to existing structures and ways of working.
Most work will be international with some domestic. Assignments will last a period of 4 to 8 weeks at a time. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus but not required. Most work will be a combination of onshore and offshore. Offshore safety certification training will be required if selected.
