How do I register for one of your public seminars?
We offer several ways in which you can register for our seminars: web, phone, fax, or mail. Register online by clicking the “Register” link next to the class of your choice. To register by phone, call us at (919) 834-3722 or toll free at (800) 637-0120 during our normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Time (feel free to leave us a voicemail if you reach us after hours). If you received one of our brochures which has a registration form on the back, you may fill it out and fax it to us at (919) 836-1745 or (919) 834-3650, or drop it in the mail to 1800-i Tillery Pl, Raleigh, NC 27607.

Is there a deadline to register?
No. However, we like to know if you plan to attend at least 2 weeks before the start of the seminar so that we can ensure enough training materials are sent to the training location and plans have been made to accommodate the number of students in the class.

What is your payment policy?
We accept company checks, credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX), purchase orders (from domestic companies for amounts at least $300), and EFT/Wire Transfers. We require a credit card as payment from companies outside the United States. Payment is due 10 business days prior to the event. If you provide a credit card as payment it will be charged at this time. If you register within 2 weeks of the event, we prefer a credit card as your method of payment.

How much are your seminars?
Unless otherwise noted, the price for each seminar is displayed below the list of upcoming classes on our website, and on the back page of our brochures.

Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 2 or more as follows:

2-3 registrations = $100 off each registration
4+ registrations = $150 off each registration
(does not apply to webinars)

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your registration up until two weeks prior to the event to receive a full refund.

If you must cancel or transfer within the two weeks prior, payment is still due and we can apply it towards any of our seminars, webinars, or conferences within one year, but a refund is not available.

Marshall Institute will provide at least two weeks notice in the event we must cancel an event for which you are registered, plus give you $100 off another seminar of your choice. You will have the option your payment being refunded in full or applied to another registration. We regret we cannot be responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements.
