In today’s uncertain economic conditions oil and gas production facilities are challenged with trying to do more work with fewer resources more so than ever. Most oil and gas facilities achieve 25% to 30% labor productivity while world class is greater than 50%. A modest 30% improvement is like adding 3 men to a ten man work force free.

Although Maintenance planning and scheduling has proven to be a challenge for most industries specifically oil and gas, it remains one of the most powerful ways to maximize productivity of resources, reduce costs, and improve safety and integrity of personnel and plant. This workshop will build on tried and proven approaches that have been refined in onshore and offshore installations around the world.

The workshop will cover the life cycle of a work order from the time it's raised to the time it’s closed. Focus will applied to the preparation of a work order including the creation of the "job pack", the scheduling process, and execution and job close out.
