On-Site Maintenance Training

(We come to you)

All of our public maintenance training subjects can be customized and delivered at your facility, as "on-site" training. "Customized" training means that the instructor can tailor the training around your operation. This can be accomplished by adding a "mini-assessment" ahead of the training, which gives the instructor a “snap-shot” of the client’s facility prior to the training. This training format is most effective when held at the client’s facility. All questions, comments, and discussions are concentrated on your specific issues. In many instances, exercises can be completed on your equipment (when applicable).
On-Site Training Options:

On-Site Training Benfits:

It's Cost Effective: cost based on days not number of people
    Learn on your own equipment
    Avoid travel and accommodation expense
Training focused on your systems, equipment, and personnel
Schedule Convenience - The training is arranged to suit your schedule
The timing and content are fully customizable to suit your needs

Planning and Scheduling

(Approx. 3 to 5 days)

Designed for Planner/Schedulers working in their own environment to learn the 8 steps of Planning. This training will use live work requests from your system and takes you through the planning and scheduling process from request to work order closure. This training ensures that Planner/Schedulers understand the work flow process and helps to establish their roles & responsibilities. It will also assist other personnel in understanding their roles related to working with the Planner/Schedulers and make the process more efficient and effective.

Storeroom Solutions

(Approx. 3 to 5 days)
The onsite training begins with an assessment that covers:
  • An analysis of current state based on a 77-point survey covering staffing, CMMS, materials handling, layout, inventory controls, and procurement practices
  • A full breakdown of inventories including min/max levels, excess, and obsolete materials with recommendations
  • A review of roles and responsibilities and how current processes and metrics support them
  • And a customized master plan for implementation based on gap analysis from assessment and the training to assure sustainability
Following the assessment, the data will be analyzed and a customized training program will identify areas for improvement. Attendees will learn both tactical and strategic processes in order to fully optimize the capabilities of the storeroom and close performance gaps that hamper operations.
