Maintenance Training

On-Site Maintenance Training

All of our public maintenance training subjects can be customized and delivered at your facility, as “on-site” training. ‘Customized’ training means that the instructor can tailor the training around your operations. This can be accomplished by adding a “mini-assessment” ahead of the training, which gives the instructor a “snap-shot” of the client’s facility prior to the training. This training format is most effective when held at the client’s facility. All questions, comments, and discussions are concentrated on your specific issues. In many instances, exercises can be completed on your equipment (when applicable).

Below are the Key Benefits of On-Site Training – Review them to see if on-site training is what you need?
  • Cost Effective – You Receive Immediate Savings
    • Up to 20 personnel can then be trained on-site for the same fee, thus reducing your cost per student ratio; ‘on-site training is cost-effective for 6 or more personnel.
    • 21 – 50 people can attend 4 & 8 hour overviews at our daily fee
  • Hands-On format allows attendees to practice on their equipment as they learn
  • Savings on expenses – avoid the expense of travel and accommodation
  • Training centered around the needs of your systems, equipment, and personnel
  • Schedule Convenience - The training is arranged to suit your schedule
  • The timing and content are fully customizable to suit your needs
  • Group synergy and gaining team buy-in
  • Pre-class 1-Day mini-assessments available before training events
