Q. How do I purchase a Pass?

  1. Visit www.marshallinstitute.com/pass and decide which Pass is best for you and your team: Silver, Gold, or Platinum (5, 10, or 15 seats).
  2. Click the “Purchase” button below the Pass of your choice and then complete the online payment and check out process.
    • You will need to have a Marshall Institute website account in order to purchase a Team Training Pass.
  3. Once you have completed your Team Training Pass purchase you will receive an email with your PassCode.
    • When you receive your PassCode you can now register for a seminar. Add your PassCode to the box on the Order Summary page and your seminar fee will be removed.

Q. How do I create a Marshall Institute web account?

Click “Login” in the top right corner of the page. Fill out the required fields and click the “Create Account” button at the bottom to complete the process.

Q. Do I have to create an account?

You do not need to create an account to browse our website, view our blog, or submit an inquiry or request for proposal. You do need to create an account if you wish to make a purchase or register online for one of our events. Your account is a secure and safe way to make payments and keep a record of all purchases. Also, those who have attended seminars can access their E-Learning Labs through their account.

Q. How do I register for a seminar and use my Pass?

Login to your Marshall Institute account and browse our public seminar offerings at www.marshallinstitute.com/seminars to find the seminar you wish to attend. Click the “Register” button next to the date/location of your choice and follow the registration process until you reach the payment section. Add your PassCode to the box on the Order Summary page and your seminar fee will be removed.

Q. What is a seat?

A seat is an available space in one of our seminars.

Q. What is my PassCode?

Your PassCode is the code that you will use when you register for each seminar. You will add the PassCode during the seminar registration process to reduce the seminar fee to $0. This way you only pay for the Team Training Pass upfront, and do not incur fees for the individual seminars.

Q. What if I forget my PassCode?

Your PassCode will be emailed to you upon completing the purchasing process. It will also be stored in your Marshall Institute website account.

Q. How do I know how many seats are remaining on my pass?

This information will be stored in your Marshall Institute website account. You will also receive email updates each time use your pass telling you how many seats remain on your Pass.

Q. How do I register for a seminar and use my Pass?

Log in to your Marshall Institute website account. Browse our public seminar offerings at www.marshallinstitute.com/seminars to find the seminar you wish to attend and click the “Register” button next to the date/location of your choice. IMPORTANT: Next, follow the registration process to the Order Summary step and enter your PassCode in the “PassCode” box. Click “Add” to apply your Pass to the order, reducing the seminar fee to $0. If there are an insufficient number of seats remaining on your Pass to cover all of the registrations on your order, you will be able to choose which seminars to apply the Pass.

Q. What fees/costs are covered by the Pass?

The Pass covers the registration fees for all seats included in the pass; no additional fees will be applied when registering for seminars and using the Pass during the registration process. Travel and lodging expenses are not included in registration fees.

Q. How do I know when my Pass expires?

You will receive an email when your Pass is 90, 60, and 30 days from expiring. You will also receive an email when you have used the last seat on the Pass, giving you the opportunity to “top-up” by purchasing another Pass. You may also login to your Marshall Institute website account to check the expiration date and other details of your Pass.

Q. What happens to unused seats remaining on the Pass after it expires?

Any unused seats remaining on the Pass after it expires will be void. To maximize your Pass plan ahead which seminars you wish to attend and register for them upfront.

Q. What if Marshall Institute cancels a seminar?

If Marshall Institute cancels a seminar for which you registered and used your Pass, that “seat” will be added back to your Pass.

Q. What if I need to cancel my registration?

If you need to cancel a seminar registration for which you used your Pass, please do so at least 10 business days prior to the seminar start date. If you must cancel within 10 business days prior t the seminar start date, you may lose that seat of the Pass.

Q. What if the class I want to attend is full?

If the class you wish to attend is full you may either choose another date/location that still has availability, or you may call us to be added to a waiting list. As a Pass holder you will be given priority status and we will do our best to accommodate your training needs.

Terms of Use
Here are some guidelines to using the Pass:
  • The Pass cannot be used with any other discounts, promotions or offers.
  • After purchasing the Pass you will need to complete the registration process for each seminar you wish to attend.
  • The Pass covers the registration fees for all seats included in the pass; no additional fees will be applied when registering for seminars and using the Pass during the registration process. *travel and lodging expenses are not included in registration fees.
  • The Pass will be activated upon receipt of payment.
  • The pass can only be used for public training seminars and can not be used for webinars, conferences, or on-site training and consulting.
  • If you need to cancel a seminar registration for which you used your Pass, please do so at least 10 business days prior to the seminar start date. If you must cancel within 10 business days prior t the seminar start date, you may lose that seat of the Pass.
