Privacy Policy

How Marshall Institute collects, uses, and protects your information.

Policy language pending counsel. The narrative policy text (what data we collect, why, how we share it, your rights under CCPA / CPRA and other state laws, your choices, how to contact us, retention, children's data, international transfers, etc.) will be added here before launch. The tracker disclosure table below is the technical inventory that the policy references and is maintained alongside the consent system.

Trackers we use, by category

The site uses a small set of third-party services to measure how the site is used and to support advertising on professional networks. With your permission, the following tools may be loaded after you make a choice on the consent banner. Strictly necessary cookies (which keep the site functioning, remember your consent choice, and protect against abuse) are not listed below; they are not subject to consent.

Changing your choices

You can change your consent choice at any time. Clear the mi_consent cookie from your browser's site settings and reload the page to see the consent banner again, or use the "Manage cookies" control in the footer if available.
