Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Seminar

During this 3-day seminar, participants will learn essential skills for effective maintenance planning and scheduling. The seminar will cover topics such as developing a structured maintenance organization that can successfully incorporate planner/schedulers to begin reducing a reactive maintenance environment.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the proper process for managing maintenance work, from the approval and prioritization of the initial work request, planning, scheduling, job execution, closeout. In addition, participants will be introduced to Key Performance Indicators that can be used to track the planning and scheduling process.
